Post-Construction Conditioning / Preserving

This is the most important and first step in protecting the investment you have made in your natural stone surfaces. When new stone is installed, it is at its most porous state. This is the ideal time for sealants to penetrate deep into the stone. Most installations are sealed by the tile setters or fabricators, which do not use the proper products and/or methods of stone sealing. This is usually the point at which damage and deterioration begins. We offer the service of thoroughly cleaning, conditioning and sealing the stone after the installation in order to properly remove grout film, construction debris, pencil marks, etc. Upon completion of this service we provide care and maintenance literature and our own brand of stone care products.
